However, in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video and clear images). After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
The product must be unused and in original condition for any claim.
